What is argan oil?
Argan oil is produced from the kernels of the argan tree, native to Morocco that is valued for its nutritive and cosmetic properties. Over the years, the number of argan trees has dwindled, making harvested argan oil rare and sought after. Argan oil is exceptionally rich in nutrients, including vitamin E, phenolic acid, carotenes and fatty acids. The oil has been used as a skin treatment and is becoming popular within the cosmetics industry.

Ingredients

Ammonium Laurel Sulfate
Ammonium laurel sulfate, ammonium laureth sulfate and ammonium xylene sulfonate are surfactants. This means they lower the surface tension of water, making the water spread more easily. These surfactants function as excellent cleansing agents because they help water bind with the hair’s dirt and oil so that they can be washed away easily.

Argan Oil
Argan oil is derived from the seeds of the fruit of the argan tree, found in Morocco. Obtaining the seeds is a difficult process which involves breaking the shells and toasting the seeds, therefore making argan oil one of the rarest in the world due to the small supply and the limited growing area. Argan oil is highly valued for its nutritive and cosmetic properties. It is exceptionally rich in natural tocopherols (vitamin E), phenols and phenolic acid, carotenes, squalene and essential fatty acids. These components provide nutrients to the hair and also play a role in argan oil’s high antioxidant capabilities.

Silk Amino Acids
Silk amino acids are hydrolysed from pure silk fibres and are penetrating and moisturising to skin and hair. They have excellent water binding qualities to condition and moisturise the skin and scalp.

Tea Tree Extract
Tea tree oil is the oil obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of the (Australian) tea tree. It is also known as melaleuca, from the name of its plant source, melaleuca alternifolia. Tea tree oil contains over 48 different compounds with its principal active ingredient being terpineol (1-terpinen-4-ol). It has soothing properties that helps the skin remain healthy and smooth.

Chamomile Extract
Chamomile is a flowering plant in the daisy family native to Europe and Asia. The main constituent of the flowers include phenolic compounds, primarily flavonoids. Chamomile is used for its soothing and calming properties. In addition to its skin soothing and healing abilities, it also exudes a subtle floral aroma that is often used to add fragrance. When used in hair products, chamomile leaves a healthy sheen. The extract is perfect for sensitive scalp due to its antioxidant and antimicrobial activities.

Willow Bark Extract
Salix alba, also known as white willow, is a species of willow native to Europe and western and central Asia. Willow bark extract has soothing and conditioning properties and is used in personal care products for its astringent effects.

My hair has never look so fantastic

by

I have tried and look for something that help my hair to look good. You know, we never look good with split end and dry hair, that make me look old and messy! I would not recommend it if I did not use it personally. It gave form, style and shine back to my hair. That gave me confidant, I believe you will too!
