Take the corner of your eye and gently pull outward. Then, carefully use the tip across your lash line starting with the inside corner and sweeping outward. For a subtle look, keep your line thin and as close to the lash line as possible. For a more dramatic look, use the side of the pencil to create a thicker line.

Begin at the outer corner of your eye and make a small V-shape using the end of your brow as a guide. Next, fill the V with liner, working your way from outside to inside. You can make this line as thin or as bold as you’d like. Keep in mind that your perfect cat eye depends on your eye and face shape, so feel free to tweak your method to achieve the look that best suits you!
