For a subtle look, keep your line thin and as close to the lash line as possible. For a more dramatic look, use the side of the tip to create a thicker line.
2. How do I create a cat-eye look with this eyeliner?
Begin at the outer corner of your eye and make a small V-shape using the end of your brow as a guide. Next, fill the V with liner, working your way from outside to inside. You can make this line as thin or as bold as you’d like.
