It's important for us to scrub ourselves frequently. Otherwise, we are putting moisturiser on dead skin cells and we wonder why our skin is not improving.
I like this scrub. It foams lightly and it leaves a clean feeling. Some scrubs that I have used before in the past made me wonder if I need to use a soap to wash myself.

I absolutely love everything about this scrub. I use it twice a week and it's like coming out of the spa! What's great about it is that it really does exfoliate the whole body gently but it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. When I come out of the shower my skin feels moisturized. I haven't been able to find this in any other scrub, they are all either too drying, too harsh or not exfoliating enough. This is the perfect balance! AND it smells FANTASTIC!!
