I havent been to a dentist in several years. Not something I would recommend but I attribute that to childhood trauma. Anyway, I finally went to see a dentist earlier this year and to my surprise, my teeth were still in good condition. No cavities, only a bit of plaque that needed cleaning. That was it. I can only attribute this to the fact that I have been using this toothpaste for several years, faithfully consistently brushing my teeth with it twice a day. I believe the ingredients in it not just clean my teeth but also protect and strenghtn it and also keep my gums healthy, which includes aloe vera and bromelain. i love it and would highly recommend it.

Best toothpaste I've ever used! I have a hard time with the taste of most toothpastes and this one I not only can tolerate I actually like. My young daughter will now only use this toothpaste because she loves it so much. I feel it leaves a good clean and have no issues with my gums.

No. need to have a toothpaste for adults and a different one for kids. Also love the fact that it doesn't burn when you brush, like some other brands. Kids will really appreciate that. One toothpaste for the whole family.
