Browser Settings

Your browser may be configured in a manner that does not work with the SHOP.COM program. If so, you may have trouble signing in or reaching our merchant sites. Below are some steps that you can take adjust the settings of supported browsers to avoid these problems.

Firefox, Versions 15+

  1. PC users, click "Application Menu" in the top right corner of the browser and then click on "Settings" in the dropdown menu.

  2. Go to the "Privacy & Security" tab and under the "Browser Privacy" section, click "Custom."

  3. Uncheck "Cookies" and "Tracking content" and then exit settings.

Chrome, Versions 21+

  1. In your Chrome browser window, click the three dots in the upper-right corner and then click "Settings."

  2. Select "Privacy and security" on the left side menu.

  3. Under the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Third-party cookies."

  1. Go the the Edge menu by click the three little dots icon in the upper-right corner and click "Settings."

  2. Click the "Privacy, search, and services" menu option on the left menu:

  3. Under "Tracking prevention," click "Basic."

  4. Click "Cookies and site permissions" on the left-side menu.

  5. Under the "Cookies and data stored" section, click on "Manage and delete cookies and site data."

  6. Make sure that "Block third-party cookies" is turned off, and you are all set!

iOS — Safari Settings

  1. Open your settings app.

  2. Scroll down until you see the safari app in the menu.

  3. Tap on Safari and then scroll down to the "PRIVACY & SECURITY" section.

  4. Make sure that the slider next to "Block all cookies" and "Prevent cross-site tracking" are both turned off and exit your settings.
