Special Conditions

Flights are the only commissionable item. Commission is only paid on the net ticket value excluding GST and all other taxes, levies and surcharges. Commission is only paid if a flight has fully flown and the booking has not been changed or cancelled. No commission is paid for bookings that are paid partially or in full with Velocity Frequent Flyer Points. International Flights are not eligible for Commission.

Special Conditions

Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request. Booking requests that are declined are not commissionable and will be reversed. Refer-A-Friend coupon codes, which are coupon codes that start with 'RAF' are not eligible for commissions. Completed Vacation Rentals are the only commissionable item.

Special Conditions

Rewards will not be paid until after the activity / tour / excursion has been completed. If the customer cancels the activity / tour / excursion no rewards will be paid. If an unapproved discount code and / or staff discount code is used, the customer will not receive a refund.
